These terms are between you and Pichho. Coplanner is a product of Pichho. Early access features may change.
The public site is informational. It is not a binding offer. Pricing may change until you have a signed order or in-product subscription.
When you use Coplanner, you grant Pichho a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service. You remain the owner of your plans and files.
Do not misuse the service, probe it without permission, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that put other customers at risk.
The site and product are provided as available. We will work in good faith to keep Coplanner reliable. We do not warrant that AI drafts are correct. You remain responsible for decisions you make from a plan.
To the extent Australian law allows, Pichho is not liable for indirect loss. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months, or AUD $100 if you paid nothing.
