Coplanner holds plans, forecasts, and sometimes headcount. We treat that as confidential business data.
Company plans include SSO and admin-managed roles. Guests only see workspaces you share. Audit logs are available on Company.
Customer data is used to provide Coplanner, not to train public models. AI drafts run against your workspace context. You can export or request deletion.
Production systems use encrypted transport and encrypted storage. Access to production is limited to a small Pichho engineering group and is logged.
