We use personal information to reply to you, operate Coplanner, improve the product, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information.

Enquiry email is kept as long as needed to handle the conversation. Product data is kept while the account is active, then deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period unless law requires longer.
