Generated plans feel magical until someone is accountable for a date the model invented. Coplanner never silently applies an AI change to a committed goal.
Every draft is a proposal: a new sequence, a risk list, a rewrite of the week. An owner accepts, edits, or discards it. That is slower than “agentic” theatre. It is how you keep trust with a leadership team.
